While we do not offer monetary refunds, we provide a comprehensive 30-day repair warranty to address any hardware or manufacturing defects that may arise during the initial period of use.
Warranty Coverage Period
– The repair warranty begins on the date of delivery
– Coverage extends for 30 calendar days from the delivery date
– Claims must be initiated within this 30-day period
What's Covered
Our repair warranty covers:
– Manufacturing defects
– Hardware malfunctions
– System performance issues
– Display problems
– Keyboard and touchpad functionality
– Battery-related issues
– Audio system defects
– Connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ports)
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our repair warranty:
– Physical damage caused by accidents, drops, or mishandling
– Liquid damage
– Unauthorized modifications or repairs
– Software issues unrelated to hardware
– Normal wear and tear
– Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
– Issues arising from improper use or failure to follow care instructions
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
1. Document the issue with photos and/or videos

3. Include your order number and detailed description of the problem
4. Our technical team will respond within 24 business hours
5. If approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions for repair service
Repair Process
1. Once received, our technicians will diagnose the issue within 48 hours
2. You’ll receive a detailed report of the problem and proposed solution
3. Repairs will be completed as soon as possible.
4. The device will be thoroughly tested before return shipping
5. Return shipping is covered by YOU.
Important Notes
– Keep original packaging for 30 days as it may be required for shipping
– Back up your data before sending the device for repair
– Remove any personal accessories or add-ons
– Warranty is non-transferable
– Valid only for purchases made directly from Sonyx Global
